Halogen-free jacketed flexible metallic conduit, engineered for the protection of electrical and fiber optic cabling. Unlike PVC jacketing, these materials are halogen-free, containing no Fluorine, Chlorine, Bromine, or Iodine—elements responsible for most toxic gas emissions and dense black smoke during fire incidents. This halogen-free conduit is highly recommended for installation in high-occupancy public areas, including hospitals, shopping malls, hotels, bus and subway terminals, airports, schools and universities, theaters, cinemas, correctional facilities, and sports venues, among many others.

It also provides a shield against mechanical stress, vibrations, torsion, impact, and crushing. This makes it ideal for critical demands such as outdoor use, motor leads, transformers, and wiring exposed to continuous moisture or corrosive vapors.

Constructed from cold-rolled galvanized steel, engineered to withstand high-corrosion environments.
Coated with a self-extinguishing flexible PVC layer (1.5 mm to 3 mm) with UV filters to prevent premature material degradation.
Blue ink labeling for product identification under the Metal Coraza S.A.S. brand.
IP68 Ingress Protection Rating.
Operating temperature range: -40°C to 105°C.
Chemically stable when exposed to soapy water, mineral and vegetable oils, and standard outdoor conditions.
Non-resistant to aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, ethers, esters, benzol, benzine, and fuels.
